Terms & Conditions

These terms cover the use of this website and any estimate requested through it. They are written in plain words on purpose.

Who we are

This site belongs to Carlton Electric LLC, a Florida certified electrical contractor, licence EC13014181.

What is on the site

The descriptions of our services are a guide to the kind of work we do, not a specification of your job. Nothing on this site is electrical advice for a specific situation, and nothing on it should be used in place of having an electrician look at the work.

Estimates

Sending a request through this site is not a booking and does not create a contract. We will come back to you to discuss the work. Any estimate we give is based on what we have been told and what we can see; if the work turns out to be different once it is opened up, we will tell you before carrying on.

Safety, and what we will not do

We work to the codes that apply in Florida and will not carry out work we consider unsafe. If we find something dangerous while on site we will tell you, whether or not it is part of the job you asked for.

Emergencies

The contact form is for non-emergency requests. Messages are not monitored around the clock. If the matter is urgent, call or text (865) 441-8831 instead. If there is a fire, smoke, or a risk to life, call the emergency services first.

Photographs

The photographs on this site are of our own work. They are there to show the standard we work to, not to represent the exact outcome of any particular job.

This website

We keep the site accurate and available as best we can, but we cannot promise it is free of errors or never offline. The text and photographs on it belong to Carlton Electric LLC.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Florida.
